I noticed recently that Netanyahu was sounding like he was defending Hitler while trying to blame Palestinians for the holocaust.
Let's take a look at a little known part of Israels history that Netanyahu and others have tried to keep from public scrutiny…
Lehi (Hebrew pronunciation: [ˈleχi]; Hebrew: לח"י – לוחמי חרות ישראל Lohamei Herut Israel – Lehi, "Fighters for the Freedom of Israel – Lehi"), often known pejoratively as the Stern Gang,was a Zionist paramilitary organization founded by Avraham ("Yair") Stern in Mandatory Palestine.
Its avowed aim was to evict the British authorities from Palestine by resort to force, allowing unrestricted immigration of Jews and the formation of a Jewish state, a "new totalitarian Hebrew republic".
It was initially called the National Military Organization in Israel,upon being founded in August 1940, but was renamed Lehi one month later.
It defined itself as a terrorist group.
Lehi split from the Irgun militant group in 1940 in order to continue fighting the British during World War II. Lehi initially sought an alliance with Fascist Italy and Nazi Germany, offering to fight alongside them against the British in return for the transfer of all Jews from Nazi-occupied Europe to Palestine.
Believing that Nazi Germany was a lesser enemy of the Jews than Britain, Lehi twice attempted to form an alliance with the Nazis.
During World War II, it declared that it would establish a Jewish state based upon "nationalist and totalitarian principles".
After Stern's death in 1942, the new leadership of Lehi began to move it towards support for Joseph Stalin's Soviet Union.
In 1944, Lehi officially declared its support for National Bolshevism.
It said that its National Bolshevism involved an amalgamation of left-wing and right-wing political elements – Stern said Lehi incorporated elements of both the left and the right– however this change was unpopular and Lehi began to lose support as a result.
Lehi and the Irgun were jointly responsible for the massacre in Deir Yassin. Lehi assassinated Lord Moyne, British Minister Resident in the Middle East, and made many other attacks on the British in Palestine.
On 29 May 1948, the government of Israel, having inducted its activist members into the Israel Defense Forces, formally disbanded Lehi, though some of its members carried out one more terrorist act, the assassination of Folke Bernadotte some months later,an act condemned by Bernadotte's replacement as mediator, Ralph Bunche.
After the assassination, the new Israeli government declared Lehi a terrorist organization, arresting and convicting some 200 members.
Just before the first Israeli elections,a general amnesty to Lehi members was granted by the government, on 14 February 1949. In 1980, Israel instituted a military decoration, an "award for activity in the struggle for the establishment of Israel", the Lehi ribbon.
Former Lehi leader Yitzhak Shamir became Prime Minister of Israel in 1983.

It's based on language and your information about the percentage of Palestinians is incorrect.
Maybe if those members of the "jewish" community were more concerned with fighting the nazis and attempting to stop the murder of their community by them instead of attempting to take land from the Palestinians,the holocaust wouldn't have happened.
Not to mention that by their own religious ideology the state of Israel is not to be created until after their "moshiac" returns.

If "Semitic" means language, thus Israel is semitic by 100%. Both Hebrew and Arabic are state languages of Israel, and both are semitic.
Regarding religious people captured in present pic, they prevail among Tzfat inhabitants.
Tzfat was founded by local (Palestinian) Jews circa XIII century. Subsequently, here settled Jewish refugees from Spain (XV century) and simultaneously Ashkenazis from Central Europe. Modern inhabitants of Tzfat are of mixed origin. Local and "mizrakhi" Jews intermixed many centuries ago and currently prevail among religious community.
Religious Jews of local origin belonged to "old settlement", they haven't took part in active anti-colonial struggle.
"Irgun" and "Lehi" were pure secular organizations which waged struggle against British colonial authority.
At the beginning of WWII all Zionist organizations decided to interrupt their anti-colonial struggle and to support Britain against Hitler. "Stern Gang" broke this decision but soon regretted.

Irgun and Lehi are the background of the IDF and to this day the foundation of the Likud Party that is currently in government.
Those actions taken by Lehi in particular were taken with approval from the other factions regardless of them claiming to not be associated or condoning such actions.
The term "secular" is often used by those defending Israels illegal occupation to bring an idea that there is a rationality by an extremist religious ideology that has the power to seperate actions of those that justify Israels existance due to "gods law" or those that claim the right to exist without being shackled by the same religion.
There's only one problem with that.
It's a self declared jewish state and as such secularism is an impossibility to justify.
Hence the issue with it existing all considering as I stated earlier that by the jewish religion itself…it was only to be created after the "moshiac" returned.

Great Palestinian leader, Hajj Amin al Huseini served Nazis since 1940 up to 1945. He inspired Baghdad pogrom (1940), then asked Hitler's benediction for "resolving Jewish question all over Middle East in the manner that Germany resolves this question in Europe" (according to his own diary).
Amin al Husseini returned from Europe to Palestine to lead Palestinian people against the Jews. I suppose, Palestinian panic ("Naqba") occurred because of Palestinian people were conscious of their leader's plan to annihilate Jews.

I was 20 years old when Auschwitz was liberated by the Soviet army 55 years ago. This occurred just in time because 10 months imprisonment in Auschwitz-Gleiwitz-1 had weakened me considerably. One needed a hell of a lot of luck in order to survive that long under the circumstances in that camp.
Two important components of luck were on my side. First, during my first years as a refugee kid in the Netherlands I had learned to be a locksmith. So during the very strong winter of ‘44-‘45 I worked in the warmth of a factory. Second, I had acquired a very good and completely trustworthy friend, called Jos. We helped each other as much as possible. The two of us did indeed survive.
Another aspect of my friendship with Jos was that in spite of — or better, due to — the extremely high number of people per square foot in such a camp, one felt extremely lonely. Because of our friendship, mutual help and absolute mutual trust we were not lonely. This was vital to our psychological survival.
Psychological survival is at least as important as physical survival. In fact, the Nazi concentration camps were their attempt to dehumanize us Jews. If a prisoner became part of the oppression system by being Kapo, the dehumanization would be successful. Obviously, the non-Jewish members of the oppression system were also no longer fully human. I realized there that anybody from a dominating group who tries to dehumanize people from a minority group, can only do so if by education, indoctrination and propaganda he has already been dehumanized himself, independent of the uniform he wears.
It is a deep tragedy that in Israel this is not what one concludes from the experiences in Auschwitz. To the contrary, Auschwitz is elevated there into a new religion.
“In the beginning is Auschwitz,” wrote Elie Wiesel. “Nothing should be compared to the Holocaust but everything must be related to it.” This elevation has allowed it to be exploited for political ends. All that was once most valued in a rich and varied Jewish heritage — the centrality of the ethical tradition, for instance — disappears beside the Nazi attempt at annihilation. This Holocaust religion translates in the minds of many into the impossibility that Israel can do any wrong.
Auschwitz existed within history, not outside of it. The main lesson I learned there is simple: We Jews should never, ever become like our tormentors — not even to save our lives. Even at Auschwitz, I sensed that such a moral downfall would render my survival meaningless.
Like most German Jews, I was raised in a secular and humanist tradition that was more antagonistic than sympathetic towards the Zionist enterprise. Since 1967 it has become obvious that political Zionism has one monolithic aim: Maximum land in Palestine with a minimum of Palestinians on it. This aim is pursued with an inexcusable cruelty as demonstrated during the assault on Gaza. I am pained by the parallels I observe between my experiences in Germany prior to 1939 and those suffered by Palestinians today. I cannot help but hear echoes of the Nazi mythos of “blood and soil” in the rhetoric of settler fundamentalism which claims a sacred right to all the lands of biblical Judea and Samaria. The various forms of collective punishment visited upon the Palestinian people — coerced ghettoization behind a “security wall”; the bulldozing of homes and destruction of fields; the bombing of schools, mosques, and government buildings; an economic blockade that deprives people of the water, food, medicine, education and the basic necessities for dignified survival — force me to recall the deprivations and humiliations that I experienced in my youth. This century-long process of oppression means unimaginable suffering for Palestinians.
It is not too late to learn a different lesson from Auschwitz. For example, in the last year, the International Jewish Anti-Zionist Network has become a means for many — including young Jews in the United States — to challenge the precepts of Zionism and support the Palestinian call for boycott, divestment and sanctions against Israel. Their goal, and mine, is to challenge the dispossession and exclusivity of a Jewish state, in their names and in mine. They understand the urgency of the classical Jewish concept of teshuvah, return from the wrong road. Further, they understand that the pursuit of justice and making ethically positive sense out of senseless suffering is not only part of an ancient Jewish interpretation and shaping of history, but is crucial for all of us in creating the world we want to live in, and to our moral survival.

Regarding rockets, they were fired long before Israel started to react (08.07.2014). My relatives from Ashqelon (just 15 miles from Gaza) witnessed intensive rocket firing. Despite of anti-rocket defense fire, some Palestinian rocket landed close to their home. Your denial of Palestinian aggression resembles Holocaust denial.
Elections of 22.01.2013 were hold 1.5 years before Gaza war. The then-time coalition included center-left Yesh Atid party, and haven't included religious parties. Netanyahu and coalition feel intensive public pressure to stop incessant rocket firing from Gaza and finally decided to react.
Just 0.5 years after last Gaza war, the coalition fall. Yesh Atid lost elections, Zionist Camp (Left) refused to enter, and instead, religious parties joined coalition, after 2 years in opposition.

According to the report, there were massive rocket barrages from Gaza to Israel. The Israeli population was unable to take shelter because of proximity, the rockets exploded before siren.
The commission confirmed existence of HAMAS' war tunnels, but considered such tunnels to Israel legal means of combat.

I have no issues with its existance nor the jewish community.
In fact two of the greatest people to influence my life have both been jewish.
One was a survivor of Sobibór and the other was the love of my life.
I also understand that there are adversities that the Israelis and Palestinians both have to overcome when the issue of historical balance is referenced.
At the moment though the Israelis are becoming very similar to those that treated them as second class citizens or lower by people that considered themselves above them.

Netanyahu also swore in an interview during the 90s that he would never make peace with the Palestinians after the death of his brother in Uganda.
He was furious with Rabin over attempting to find peace with the Palestinians and also swore that if he ever became Prime Minister that he'd tear that agreement up immediately.
He did so and has done his best to keep both people in hostilities for his own benefit.

In the real politic Netanyahu signed with Arafat the agreement of Why Plantation (1998), last of Oslo series of agreements. At the bottom line, Israeli people came to conclusion, that Palestinians don't want peace with Israel at any conditions, they seek annihilation of Israel and genocide of the Jews. Therefore Palestinians vote for HAMAS, islamist organization, which proclaimed these things in the name of Allah and Muhammad.

Israel haven't signed non-proliferation agreement and isn't obliged by this treaty. When non-proliferation agreement was signed, Israel already had (probably) few nuclear heads.

Regarding term "anti-Semitism", no doubts, that it is out-of-dated, inexact etc, but until now it is widely used to express Jew-hating.
Just in 1942 Hajj Amin al Husseini persuaded Hitler and Goebbels to change widely used by Nazi propaganda term anti-Semitism, and replace it by anti-Jewishness. Namely, the term anti-Semitism offends Arabs, including Palestinian Arabs. Al Husseini haven't consider Palestinians separate people, he was head of Higher Arab Committee (of Palestine), and commander of Arab Salvation Army (of Palestine). This Palestinian leader was unwilling to call his people Palestinians, only Arabs.
His claim to rename anti-Semitism was accepted by Hitler, and needed change was implemented by Goebbels.
Now, I prefer the outdated term anti-Semitism over newly invented "Jew-hating".

Again for the factual lesson..the majority of Palestinians are semitic whereas the majority of Israelis aren't.
