ANSWER TO THE LEFT-WING JEWS

Efraim Melamed, known for his left-wing extremism and megalomania, asked a question in the POLITICS: HISTORY AND MODERN DAY group. His question is: why do Jews need Israel? They say that Israel only harms Jews.
Here is my answer: half of all the Jews on planet Earth are Israelis. This share is constantly increasing due to demographics and the assimilation of Diaspora Jews. Shortly, 90% of Jews will live in Israel. There will only be billionaires left abroad who hold on to their money because money today is global, they have no nationality.
It is obvious that we, Israeli Jews, really need Israel. Most Israelis are willing to sacrifice their lives to protect our state and our people. Anyone who needs proof should go to the front in Gaza. Most of our soldiers and officers are volunteers.
Tomorrow in Haifa on Merkaz Ziv at 19:00 there will be a demonstration for our right to defend Israel. I invite all honest people, not necessarily Jews, to take part in this demonstration.

So, in reality, the leftist Melamed speaks on behalf of the minority of Jews who live in the United States or Europe there. Yes, just recently, before 7.10, many Diaspora Jews (maybe even the majority of the Diaspora) believed that they did not need, or even harmful, Israel.
The events of 7.10 and what happened after caused this majority to change their minds about Israel and Zionism. They realized that deadly anti-Semitism threatened not only the Jews of Israel but them too. It may very well turn out that Israel will become the only place where they, together with us, can defend themselves from anti-Semitic killers. Therefore, our victory over Hamas and Hezbollah is so necessary for ALL Jews, in Israel and in the Diaspora.
I call this new phenomenon New Zionism. Ultimately, the reaction to the “new anti-Semitism” will be this very New Zionism. Melamed, leftist Jews, and Tycoons, you are behind the times. And in general, who needs Melamed in Israel? Go to your patrons in America or Europe. Maybe the anti-Semites there will teach you to love our homeland.
