So, what do the statistics tables of Gaza attack fatalities (both militants and unarmed civilians) tell us compared to the number of rocket launches from Gaza into Israel? The high correlation between the casualties in Gaza and the rocket launches into Israel is quite obvious. Conclusion: the main (perhaps the only) goal of the IDF bombing and artillery strikes in Gaza, on orders from the political leadership, was to SUPPRESS ROCKET FIRES from Gaza…………….. The report and recommendations of the UN commission sent to investigate the IDF operation in 2014 establish: the territory of Gaza is so densely populated that any strike in response to rocket attacks results in numerous casualties among the unarmed population. This is simply inevitable…………….. According to the 1949 Geneva Convention, the protection of the «civilian population» is desirable, but on the condition that such «protection» DOES NOT IMPEDE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE COMBAT MISSION/achievement of the war aims. Also, according to the law, the protection of the civilian population must not endanger the lives of soldiers. Israel’s political leadership acted in strict accordance with the law and the values of a democratic society. The International Court’s arrest warrant for the Israeli Prime Minister and Defense Minister is illegal and must be revoked IMMEDIATELY. Those responsible for issuing this order should be sued. Requests should be filed with Interpol. However, one of these individuals is in Israel. His name is Aharon Barak. The State of Israel is obliged to file a lawsuit in the International Court against the Palestinian Authority, which claims sovereignty in the Gaza Strip and openly supported Hamas’s genocidal attack on October 7. Remember the UN commission’s opinion on the INEVITABILITY of heavy civilian casualties in Gaza in response to rocket fire? Mahmoud Abbas KNEW what would happen as a result of the October 7 attack, and yet he boasted of his participation in this «victory.» All our friends should join Israel’s lawsuit regarding the genocide of the Gazan population. We have a huge, easily proven case. Mahmoud Abbas and especially his Hamas allies in Qatar should be declared wanted and an order issued for their arrest……Israel should bring charges of genocide against both the Jewish and, especially, the Arab population in Gaza against Palestine in its two guises: Hamas and the Palestinian Authority (Mahmoud Abbas).
