PALESTINIAN RIGHT OF RETURN

1948: The Supreme Arab Committee, the Arab Salvation Army, the Army of Jihad. 1834: the Rebellion of Fellahs … 1921: The Palestinian Arab congress of 1921: «A cable was sent to the Paris Peace Conference, demanding a renunciation of the Balfour Declaration and the inclusion of Palestine as «an integral part of…the independent Arab Government of Syria within an Arab Union, free of any foreign influence or protection».[3]».

And where  is here Palestine? The name of Palestine  was given to this territory by the British colonial empire. I saw with my own eyes the birth certificate of my work colleague, a Jew, who was born in 1947 in Palestine. In the column «nationality» he  is registered «Palestinian».

It turns out, that all the Jews born in Israel  are Palestinians, since they were born in the territory of the former Palestine. And if you consider that their ancestors were mostly refugees, then according to the UNRWA criteria, most of the Jews of Israel are Arab Palestinian refugees … Well, it’s a joke, but it underlines, how the UNRWA criteria are the joke. The whole difference is the approach. According to the UN, the Palestinians have rights, but the Jews, in similar situation, have no rights. It’s just the embodiment of racism. 

2.So, in 1948 there was a war between Israel and Arab States (While British colonial empire participated this war on behalf of Arabs). And there was  exchange of refugees just between Arab states and Israel. There was no one-sided Jewish aggression against Palestinians,  There was Arab — Jewish and Muslim — Jewish conflict. The Palestinians considered themselves part of Arab nation, or simply Muslims. Both the Jews and the Palestinians turned victims of this conflict.

That conflict was extremely unbalanced, while Arabs exceeded the Jews from the point of view of political influence. For the Jews, the only way to survive, was military success.  

If the Jews and Palestinian Arabs were the only participants of the 1948 war, then the Palestinians might have the right to demand «return» or compensation. In fact, the Palestinians involved Nazi Germany, the British Empire, and all the then independent Arab states, in their conflict with the Jews. After all these deeds, they fled in panic, submitting to the call of their leader, a Nazi criminal who escaped the trial in Nuremberg only thanks to cooperation with British and French colonial departments.

In addition, the Palestinians (Muslims) have created numerous militant units, which acted from their villages against Jewish units, and especially with the purpose to block the roads and supply for Jewish towns. There was no possibility to separate militants from their families and homes, see Deir Yassin story.

Amin al Husseini just tried to implement such a division. With this purpose he ordered (March 1948)  the evacuation of civilians from the coastal strip, while only armed militants would remain in place (Source: Benny Morris, «The Birth of the  Palestinian Refugees Problem»). Practically it turned out that the militants fled together with their families. This was the Nakba.

Finally, the Geneva Convention, which provides protection to the non-armed population, was signed not before, but after the war for the independence of Israel. Laws, as we know, do not have retroactive effect. Until 1949, the exchange of population was considered a legitimate means of resolving inter-ethnic and other conflicts, and there are numerous examples. In the very days when the war for the independence of Israel occurred, more than 100 million (!) Hindus and Muslims of India and Pakistan fled hundreds of kilometers from India to Pakistan and from Pakistan to India. Their descendants live now in their new countries and do not demand a «right to return» or compensation. 

3.Now, 70 years after these events, the anti-Semitic «judges» replace the laws which were active in 1948, and call the Jews to the trial on the basis of the newly invented «facts» and laws. And the Palestinians are again «correcting» their history in order to give «necessary» evidence. It turned out that the Palestinians first of all consider themselves Muslims (Hamas) and Arabs (Fatah) when they are trying to destroy Israel, but they are turning into Palestinians persecuted by the Jews, when they are defeated and flee the battlefield.

Let’s put the point above the «i»: the BDS movement is a movement for the destruction of Israel and the genocide of the Jews. No, I’m not afraid of half-crazy young anti-Semitic students. After all, students can not impose sanctions, much less divestment of the money invested in Israel. The real problem is different. Behind the Students we can distinguish  those who can perform indeed all students’ demands. BDS is a political technology. De-legitimization of Israel is intended to create a propaganda smoke screen for old Hitler’s idea. European sanctions also aim to weaken us and give the ayatollahs the opportunity to fulfill their threats. If the ayatollahs say they want to exterminate us, then we must believe this. Anti-Zionist brainwashing, dubbed «New Anti-Semitism», has been going on for many decades and has already yielded results.

4.And now about the other side of the coin. Each nation chooses its own national identity, this is its right. As Jews have the right to consider themselves Israelis, so Palestinian Arabs have the right to consider themselves Palestinians. So let’s admit that in 1964 the Palestinians changed their minds and decided finally that they are just Palestinians separate from other Arabs.
